In Northwest Allen County we have 19 homes for rent. The reason we like Northwest Allen County is, the school system in this area is one of the most desirable school districts in Allen county. All 19 of our homes are located in close proximity to the High School, Middle School, and the Allen County Fairgrounds. With quick access major to roads makes this area a great place to live.
SW Allen County :
in Southwest Allen County we have 3 homes. Like NW Allen County, SW Allen Co. has a lot in common, Great school district, shopping and dining. SW Allen Co. is close to Jefferson Pointe Shopping Center and the airport for people who travel more. Also if you are a GM employee this area is great for a short drive to work.

NE Allen County:
In Northeast Allen County we have 5 homes that are a little bit more rural. Half of them are off of a main road, with a larger lot (2+ acre lot). The other half all sit on the same quiet little road just off of a main road in a rural sub-division. All of these homes sit on a 2+ acre lot and have city sewer, and natural gas. These more rural homes are a great place to unwind.
Florida:
Our Florida property is located on Fort Myers beach. This property is a 3 bed 2 bath home located in the center of Fort Myers beach island at the most narrow part. From your drive way you can see the gulf of Mexico and the bay. The beach public access is right at the end of the road.
